Tom Chi Soup (Sup Tom Yam – Kimchi)

Bahan (Material):
1.Udang (Shrimp)
2.Sawi (Vegetable mustard greens)
3.Taoge (bean sprouts)

Bumbu:
1.Bawang putih 3 buah (garlic,3 cloves)
2.Merica 10 butir (Pepper, 10 grains)
3.Bawang bombay 1 buah (Onion bombai)
4.Cabai merah besar 3 buah (buang bijinya) (Large cayenne pepper without seeds, 3 piece)
5.Serai (sereh) 1 batang (Plant disease, 1 stem)
6.Jahe 3 cm (Ginger, 3 cm)
7.Garam 1 sdm (Salt, 1 tbs)
8.Gula 2 sdm (Sugar, 2 tbs)



Langkah Memasak:
1.Panaskan minyak goreng, tumis bawang putih dan merica (yang sudah dihaluskan) serta bawang bombay yang sudah dipotong, hingga harum.
2.Masukkan cabai merah besar yang sudah dihaluskan, masukkan serai dan jahe yang sudah di geprek, tumis hingga harum.
3.Masukkan udang yang sudah dimasak terlebih dahulu , tumis hingga bumbu tercampur kemudian masukkan kaldu udang.
4.Masukkan gula, garam, taoge, masak hingga matang, sajikan.

Step Cooking:
1.Frying oil, garlic and pepper (which is already mashed) and the onion is cut, until fragrant.
2.Enter Large cayenne pepper without seeds that has been mashed, enter Plant disease and ginger that have been crash in, frying until fragrant.
3.Enter shrimp that is cooked first, frying ingredients until mixed and then enter the shrimp consomme.
4.Enter sugar, salt, bean sprouts, cook until cooked, serve it.
